Privacy & cookies
How ODD Studio handles information on ecooddworld.eu.
Who is responsible
Andrey Mikhaylov, working under the name ODD Studio in Barcelona, Spain, is responsible for this portfolio and the handling of enquiries. For privacy requests, write to andreyoddmikhaylov@gmail.com.
When you visit
The site is hosted by Hetzner. Delivering pages requires technical connection data, including your IP address and browser request. This processing supports the legitimate interest of operating and protecting the website. There are no visitor accounts or online payments. When you submit the form, your browser sends the name, contact, task, budget and timing you provide to FormSubmit for delivery to ODD Studio’s Gmail inbox. FormSubmit retains submissions for 30 days according to its documentation. We do not keep a separate enquiry database on the website server or send form content to analytics. A request reference helps distinguish submissions; form contents are not saved in browser storage. We use your details to respond and discuss the work you request. You can also contact us directly by email or Telegram. Fonts, project images and videos are served from our own site.
When you contact us
If you choose email or Telegram, we receive the identity, contact details, message and files you send through that service. We use them to answer your enquiry, discuss scope and, where requested, take steps towards a contract. We keep correspondence for the enquiry or working relationship and, where necessary, for applicable record-keeping or legal claims. We do not add you to a mailing list automatically.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics 4 loads only after you select “Allow analytics”. It measures page views, project and collection openings, contact-button clicks, successful form handoffs to the delivery service and technical usage information such as browser, device and approximate location. Cookies use a random browser identifier. We do not send names, email addresses, message contents, arbitrary URL queries or URL fragments through our analytics events. Only fixed campaign labels from our public links identify the referring platform. Advertising storage and personalization are disabled in our tag configuration. User-level and event-level retention is set to 2 months, without renewal on new activity; aggregated reports can remain available longer.
Your choice and storage
The local preference odd-analytics-consent-v1 remembers your analytics choice for up to 180 days. It is necessary to respect that choice and does not identify you to us. If enabled and accepted, Google Analytics uses cookies with the prefix odd_studio_ on this website host for up to 180 days. You can reject analytics without losing access to any content. Use “Cookie settings” in the footer to change your choice. Withdrawal stops future measurement and removes these analytics cookies; it does not undo earlier lawful processing.
Service providers and links
Hosting is provided by Hetzner. Google and Telegram process data when you use their services, under their respective terms and privacy notices. Google Analytics, when accepted, involves Google Ireland Limited and may involve processing outside the EEA, including in the United States, under Google’s applicable transfer safeguards. External project, Behance and Upwork links open services with their own privacy rules; they are not embedded trackers on this site.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or, where applicable, portability of your personal data. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent at any time. Contact the email above; we may request information needed to verify your request. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). We do not use this portfolio to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you.
Changes
This notice covers the studio portfolio, not the separate products shown as case studies. Material changes to analytics purposes or providers will require a new choice before additional optional tracking starts.
