A clearer journey from currency choice to exchange
Monopriz is an exchange service. Andrey refined its design and customer interface: currency and network selection, the exchange form, feedback, the account and transaction history. The work builds on WordPress and PremiumExchanger.
The challenge
Customers need to choose a currency and network, understand the exchange amounts and submit a request without confusion. The existing service needed a refined design, clearer form and useful account area while retaining its exchange engine.
My role
Andrey — WordPress/PHP interface customization and integration with the existing exchange engine.
Choosing a currency, network and amount
Asset and network selection opens beside the amount fields. Andrey worked on the layout and interaction around the existing exchange form so users can distinguish the sending and receiving sides and return to the next action.
Requests and history in the customer account
The account area brings together customer actions and transaction history. Forms communicate processing, errors and results, while the engine’s tables follow the site’s design. Customers can return to their requests without starting over.
The outcome
Customers follow a clear path: choose what they send and receive, submit a request and return to their transactions in the account area. The service gained a refined responsive interface while retaining its existing exchange logic.
